One of the classier bars in the downtown area - definitely a great place to go if you want to have a few drinks with friends. Would be a nice place for a date, as the ambience, lighting, and music are all very appropriate.
The prices here are considerably higher as compared to other bars in the area, but again, this isn't a loud and rowdy bar where drinks are being thrown back left and right. They have quite a nice selection of drinks, and have recently incorporated in a very flexible food menu. Their wings are delicious, and I would highly recommend them!
The service can be slow at times because I've only ever seen one bartender and (occasionally) one server. However, they are always friendly and try to provide you the best service possible. -

We happened to walk by this place and needed to refuel so we stopped in. It's nothing special, there's a small inside bar area and a patio. We sat outside and were promptly greeted and given menus plus a large jug of water.
We both ordered the chicken fingers. They were surprisingly delicious! They came with slaw, fries and honey mustard sauce. They were crispy and hit the spot. Our server was super nice and attentive. The menu is pretty small but has some decent staples.
Once we were done and paid we were still sitting for a moment and they continued to ask if we wanted water, etc. very nice!
If you want a lowkey drink or bite to eat then this place isn't too shabby. -

This bar was the highlight of my trip to Toronto. Decent priced drinks, great music and atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and engaging, as are the bartenders. This is the perfect place to have drinks and hang out with friends or meet new people. Definitely recommend!

I like this place. The drinks are cheap and the menu is simple but the food is done well for what it is. The owner is a personable, nice guy. A handy neighborhood hangout. It's quiet and low-key, and the servers are friendly and attentive given there is usually only one or two people taking care of the entire restaurant/bar. The patio is nice in the summer and the interior is simple, and nicely low, soft lighting. It's not fancy, but comfortable and pleasant.

Best bar in the area, if you are looking for somewhere to have cocktails and/or dinner. They have a nice selection of menu items, with a little something for everyone - I can only rate this restaurant on the drinks, since that is the only reason we came here.
We really liked the convenient corner location and atmosphere. Service from our bartender was excellent and so were our cocktails.
If we are ever back in this area of Toronto, this will be our "go-to" spot for cocktails.
